Stephen Laufer is an associate in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington office. Mr. Laufer assists clients on a range of issues relating to trade remedies actions before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce. In addition, Mr. Laufer assists clients on matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) pertaining to customs compliance, risk management, and duty savings.
Mr. Laufer attended the American University Washington College of Law, where he served on the American University Law Review. While in school, he completed an internship with the Honorable Judge Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and participated as a member of the ELSA WTO Moot Court Competition team. Mr. Laufer served as an international trade specialist for Cassidy Levy Kent prior to attending law school.
