Charlotte Delchiaro is an associate in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Brussels office, where she specializes in trade defence including bringing trade defence complaints before the European Commission and the Moroccan trade authorities. Ms. Delchiaro also represents clients in proceedings involving trade matters before the European Courts.
In addition to her expertise in trade defence, Ms. Delchiaro has developed an expertise in a variety of European Union regulatory matters (in particular, the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, Deforestation Regulation, and Renewable Energy Directive, including the Maritime and Refuel Regulations).
Charlotte Delchiaro holds a law degree from two French universities, Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She also studied law for two years at University College of Dublin.
Prior to joining Cassidy Levy Kent, Charlotte Delchiaro interned at a US law firm in Brussels, where she worked on matters related to international trade. She also interned at law firms in Paris, specializing in international arbitration and litigation.
