In this third edition of the Canadian International Trade Law Year in Review, the team at CLK Canada has reviewed a set of 12 key judicial and administrative decisions from 2024 that will be of interest to trade practitioners.
The review covers decisions of Canada’s Federal Courts pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act, Customs Act, Customs Tariff, and Special Economic Measures Act, determinations by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and two decisions from CUSMA panels.
