Yohai Baisburd, Thomas Beline, and Myles Getlan of Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington D.C. office and Christopher Cochlin, Christopher Kent, and Lawrence Herman of Cassidy Levy Kent’s Ottawa office have been reappointed by their respective governments to the U.S. and Canada rosters for U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Chapter 10 disputes.
Chapter 10 disputes resolve challenges to antidumping and countervailing duty determinations.
“It’s an incredible honour to be named to this Roster by the Government of Canada,” said Christopher Cochlin, “as these disputes have the potential to broadly impact AD/CVD practice across a variety of industries.”
