Anamaria Jinaru is a Counsel with Cassidy Levy Kent’s Brussels office, where she assists businesses and governments in all aspects of international trade and WTO law, economic sanctions and export controls compliance, as well as EU litigation and regulatory matters. She advocates for European industries and trade associations that face unfair competition from third countries in the EU market or that face trade barriers to export markets.
Ms. Jinaru’s practice focuses on international trade, with a particular emphasis on trade defense actions (anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard proceedings) and government relations activities.
Before joining the firm, Anamaria oversaw for several years the secretariat of AEGIS Europe, the umbrella association that represents the interests of the EU manufacturing in Europe and beyond. Before that she practiced for several years in anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations, as well as on market access issues in third countries, on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Jinaru worked in the Legal Matters and Infringements Unit in the European Commission, as well as in the cabinet of a member of the European Parliament
