Caterina Lungu is an International Trade Specialist in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Lungu assists attorneys and economists involved in trade remedies proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as various compliance matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection and appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Ms. Lungu is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she earned a BSFS in International Political Economy. She completed coursework pertaining to international trade and finance, economics, and foreign policy, while serving as a student government officer and a project lead for a Californian non-profit. At Georgetown, Ms. Lungu’s research focused on terrorist organizations, and the intersection of politics, sectarianism, and terrorism in Iraq.
