Ms. Felix is an articling student in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Ottawa office, having worked with the firm already as a summer student. Ms. Felix holds a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. Prior to her studies at Queen’s, Ms. Felix earned a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of International Economics from the University of British Colombia, writing her final thesis on international trade and development.
During law school, Ms. Felix competed in the John H. Jackson WTO Moot Court Competition, having progressed to the final round held at the WTO headquarters in Geneva. The following year, Ms. Felix was selected to act as coach for Queen’s University’s subsequent moot court team. Ms. Felix also contributed on behalf of Queen’s University to the internationally recognized TradeLab program by co-authoring a report for a private business regarding their obligations under Canada’s tariff-rate quota system.
