Caitlin McDonald is an International Trade Specialist in Cassidy Levy Kent’s Ottawa office. Ms. McDonald assists attorneys with a range of issues before the Canada Border Services Agency, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Ms. McDonald attended Carleton University and graduated with a B.A in Law and minor in Business. Her courses focused primarily on approaches to interdisciplinary research and analysis in law and legal studies, risk, and the legal process, as well as business patterns in international trade theory, international finance, and global marketing.
Prior to Cassidy Levy Kent, Ms. McDonald worked at a non-for-profit organization specializing in health law.
